Is anyone surprised that Congressman Charles Rangel has ethics charges against him. The committee he is chairman of admonished him for taking corporate sponsored trips to the Caribbean. House Whip, Eric Cantor said that was only the tip of the iceberg. Rangel will also face an investigation on his taxes and other deals.
