Save Ireland Survey

SaveEurope.net is pleased to report that our efforts have been fruitful. We worked hard to inform Irish Americans about the dangers of being to closely tied to the EU. We told them to contact their friends and family back in Ireland and on June 12, 2008, Irish voters rejected the Lisbon Treaty by a margin of 53.4% to 46.6%.

We want to know why the Irish people voted against the Lisbon Treaty. Save Europe believes that it was a vote against the direction in which the European Union is headed. The Irish, like many other Europeans, are concerned that their heritage is being lost. If preserving the heritage and culture of Europe were the number one priority of the EU, we think most people would not oppose such a treaty. Please take the survey below to help the leaders of Europe know what is important. The results will be made public

Survey Question

Would you vote to approve a new Lisbon Treaty if the first page of it says, “To preserve our culture no more immigrants will be admitted into member nations of the European Union, unless they share a significant common ancestry. Furthermore, immigration between member nations will be limited for the same reason.”
