Today the Supreme Court ruled that white firefighters in New Haven, Conn., were unfairly denied promotions because of their race. The city threw out a promotion exam because no blacks and only two Hispanic firefighters were to be promoted based on the results. The city did it to avoid a lawsuit from the blacks. This shows the importance of activism. White people need to file many more law suits to win back our rights. Companies and government organizations should be equally concerned about being sued by whites as they are of blacks.

This reverses a decision that Supreme Court nominee Sonia Sotomayor made as an appeals court judge. If she is approved for the Supreme Court it will make a big difference because the Courts decision was 5-4. Similar cases in the future could go the other way because of one more bad judge.

In the UK white people are being unlawfully detained by the police in order to give "racial balance" to stop-and-search statistics. Lord Carlile, the independent reviewer of terrorism legislation, said he knew of cases where people were stopped by police even though there was no suspicion against them. He warned that police were wasting money by carrying out "self-evidently unmerited searches" which were an invasion of civil liberties and "almost certainly unlawful". He said police were carrying out the searches on whites so they could avoid accusations of prejudice. This type of nonsense is needed in a multicultural society and it is yet another reason why we should live in peace separately.

The British National Party won 2 seats in the European parliament. Their first priority is to uncover facts about corporations which profit from the privatisation of Britain’s common wealth. Mr Griffin said "The dissolution of the institutions and property of the British nation into the hands of the internationalists is the single greatest piece of larceny in our history.” He added, “The large votes registered for the BNP in core areas like Oldham and Bradford are a desperate cry for help from the indigenous British population, the Sikhs and other communities about the appalling racist violence and endemic problem of racist sex-grooming scandals perpetrated by individuals from within the Muslim community.”

This morning I called the two Maryland Senators who represent me to tell them I am against the nomination of Sonia Sotomayor to the Supreme Court. She is a racist and her attitude is unacceptable to white Americans.

The United Nations opens its first global racism conference in eight years on Monday. The U.S. and at least six other countries will boycott the event out of concern that Islamic countries will demand that it denounce Israel and ban criticism of Islam. These nations still refuse to recognize that they are victims of racist immigration policies which threaten to destroy their native populations. Their only concern is for Israel.

President Obama said the language of the U.N.'s draft declaration risked a reprise of the Durban conference of 8 years ago, during which "folks expressed antagonism toward Israel in ways that were often times completely hypocritical and counterproductive."

Madonna visited Lilongwe, an impoverished village in Malawi, where officials said she is expected to buy a young girl. Last year she bought her son David in the same country where she also runs a charity organization. The 50-year-old material girl refused to answer questions about reports that she was in Malawi to adopt a four-year-old girl. Some people might make comparisons to the old days of slavery where wealthy people could purchase people. Although slavery has been outlawed in most of the world, a different form is returning as wealthy and famous people including Angelina Jolie go to Africa to buy children like one would buy a pet. The Center is opposed to this because it takes African children away from their native culture and brings them into a declining society which places no value on culture. Dominic Nutt with UK's Save the Children says, "The thing to do is to support the community, to support local agencies and charities who can look after the child so that the child is at least cared for in their community."

A San Fransisco area Black Newspaper praised the killing of four white police officers. They called the killer one of the “heroes in the human rights struggle for Black people in America.”

The following night there were parties all over Oakland celebrating the shooting. During the interviews on TV there were 20 or 30 people in the background screaming “F*** the police!” and “They got what they deserved!” The Center for Perpetual Diversity would like to see most of the white police officers in Oakland resign in protest. It must be difficult working for a community which will celebrate your death. These white officers can easily find jobs in nicer areas and find pleasure watching as crime in Oakland increases after their absense.
